A graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Sonya pairs strategic insight with genuine care. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and those relocating to the gorge, guiding each client with patience, local market knowledge, and a personalized touch. 

Whether she’s helping a family find their first home, guiding a client through a big relocation, or supporting a new chapter, she believes every real estate journey is unique and finds true fulfillment in helping her clients reach meaningful milestones. 

This perspective is reflected in her work outside of real estate as well, where she serves as a marketing manager for a wedding florist, playing a role in another one of life’s most special seasons. Whether she’s cooking, crafting, or making her husband laugh (which is quite often) Sonya brings intention and heart into everything she does.
