The Sellers have suddenly turned restless……Literaly, in the last two weeks, the prices were building, pressure was going, Sellers were holding their line… and then….Pow!
Buyer’s market. Jheesh, this is like calling the Stock market every afternoon!
Choppy Hood River real estate market, goes down right Bearish this week. Bill Irving gets the Credit for calling it right.
Sellers, your hood river properties need to be PERFECT,(Or have an otherwise un-duplicatable feature that will render other flaws moot) and then your property will move quickly, with well qualified buyers, otherwise, it will be nothing that a price reduction couldn’t fix……………..For now. In three weeks, who knows. Schools out, and Buyers return in earnest……
