Westside………(and the market view)

This one is sooo rare and soooo nice. Beautiful 2.4 acres on the westside, flat and fenced, with a very well thought out home built in 2003. Great finish on this one. It’s one of those “I’ve seen that house for the last three years and wanted to live in it!” kind of phone calls.

There’s too much here to mention. Check out out latest and currently, finest property for sale. (All the others are Sale Pending)

808 Frankton

Lots of activity this week. Pretty balanced on both the Buyer/Seller side, with some major discounting going on in the Townhome market. Our listing, the finest set of townhomes this year, were discounted to $350,000 and $375,000 respectively.

Take a look at the Lincoln Street Townhomes

I got quoted in the S.F. Chronicle this week as well, re: The GOOGLEPLEX. So they ask me a bunch of interesting in depth questions and then post some moderately random quote. Oh well, Can’t win them all. Pleasant conversation, that’s for sure.

Had a bunch of lowball offers come over the transom this week too……It seems the Buyers are slightly overreaching………..A TON of people from Bend this week. And Vegas. Go figure.

Looks like we’ll have a great Summer. The heat has finally arrived. Hood River is in fine form………..

Things are heating up……..

Still odd, and I think the market is cleaving in two, but the upper end is holding, while inventory starts to pile up in the Sub 400 range. Actually saw a few deals come across the desk this week, especially in the 500-600 range.

We’ve been busy listing. The Website is rocking, our new branding materials are solid and the Studio at Copperwest is really looking great. The weather comes in fits and starts. I’m hoping it will warm up here in the next week so I can say we actually had something of a Summer!

Market outlook for this week? Pretty good. A little more strength for the Buyers, but pretty even keeled, truth be told.

Here’s the new property from this week! I’ve got a few more in the works, so stay tuned………………..

How about that view! V.2

This is a classic. I used to own it as part of an infill project we did a few years back. I tried and tried to talk my wife into moving into it, but alas……..No go.

720 Columbia has an amazing view that is totally protected by a deed restricted lot to the north. It’s a SOLID home, with an absolute TON of space. Downside? No on site parking. You could fit it in, but you really don’t even need a car because it’s practically located downtown!
